Prevent Bullying and Harassment with Training
As an employer, you may be liable for the actions of employees if you have not taken reasonable actions to prevent bullying or harassment, or respond to any complaint. Reasonable actions can include acting on issues, implementing policies and procedures and training programs for all staff. This training course is designed to assist you in understanding and addressing your responsibilities.
The training includes:

- Case Studies
- What to do in the event of Bullying.
Delivery
We encourage a high level of participation from all attendees. This is achieved via activities, case examples, and discussion. Each training session will be two hours in duration and includes set up and pack down. We can deliver the training on-site or at selected locations. Participants will be provided with a copy of the presentation slides and other relevant handouts.
