Her passion is enabling individuals to meet their occupational goals and optimising their independence. She has extensive experience in project management thus she is able to communication with key stakeholders and effectively communicate the needs of clients and collaborate to meet these needs. Phoebe always manages cases with a client centred approach ensuring all client goals are met and values are considered.
