online safety: WORKPLACE SAFETY ASSESSMENT
RECOVERY PARTNERS: THE SAFETY EXPERTS
Workplace Safety Assessment
Workplace Safety Assessment is an online tool used to help predict whether an individual is likely to follow safety rules, support safe work practices, and avoid accidents and injuries at work. It is used for positions where safety is critical, especially for front-line roles where following safety procedures is essential to ensure a safe workplace.
Workplace Safety Assessment is widely used for entry level roles in a number of industries such as construction, mining, oil and gas, warehouse, driving/logistics, and more.
The Workplace Safety Assessment looks at three main areas:
- Safety Control
- Risk Aversion
- Stress Management
Results
The results provide a reliable indication of the likelihood that they will be involved in accidents or cause injury to themselves or others at work. Individuals receive a percentile ranking.
Candidates who score average or above are more likely to be risk-averse and believe they can take actions to mitigate risk. Those who score below average are more likely to exhibit or condone unsafe behaviours. You will also receive a few insights into what their safety behaviours may be like in the workplace.
At the bottom of the score report, you will see a breakout of the sub scores for Safety Control, Risk Aversion, and Stress Management.
One of our qualified and experienced psychologists will review and analyse these results and provide you with a psychological assessment matrix.
The Benefits of Workplace Safety Assessment
Workplace Safety Assessment empowers employers by informing them if the person they are about to hire has a pre-disposition to behave safely.
Workplace Safety Assessment aims to:
- Reduce workplace injuries
- Reduce claims and insurance costs
- Improve workplace productivity
- The screen also includes a validity scale to call out inconsistent reporting.
You will feel safer knowing you have hired a safe worker.
